My Mission
My Story

My mission is to help people achieve a life of fitness through good nutrition and proper training techniques.

My journey in the fitness world began in 2014 thanks to a back problem that prevented me from exercising and carrying my 1-year-old son.

The news of my small disc fracture and herniated disc between L5 and S1, was not a big surprise since by that time I could not jog, jump, or even clean without severe back pain. These problems forced me to seek professional help, having to go to physical therapy and then to continue training at the gym.

Going to physical therapy quickly made me realize that the technique of how an exercise is performed and using the right weight are key to getting better, feeling better about our bodies and getting the results we want safely. I understood that technique is not learned overnight and that the weight will increase as our body learns and adapts to the new movement patterns, creating the connection between mind and muscle.

I don’t believe in drastic changes or magic diets. Most people think that the key to getting results is to follow the diet of the moment and pay for a gym membership. The reality is that you can’t achieve lasting changes if you don’t change your mindset first, that’s why I like to motivate people to change their habits little by little to get the results they want.

Nutrition determines approximately 70% of your results. Unfortunately this has produced endless diets, challenges and dietary trends that have created more confusion than solutions. That’s why I specialize in teaching you how to eat rather than just giving you a meal plan.
