Group Training
Enjoy a workout with your friends, co-workers or family designed to improve your fitness in a fun way without having to worry about training equipment. Workouts can be designed for all types of groups, from beginner to advanced or mixed.
My group trainings are great for groups of people who want to work together in a lively, active and safe environment. The activities are designed to create motivation, a sense of competence and teamwork through exercises that require the collaboration of multiple members or the completion of activities at specific times.
Nutritional Guidance
Learn how to eat and stop dieting. In this 12-week program I teach you how to eat according to a fitness lifestyle so you don’t depend on restrictive diets, meal plans or nutritional trends. At the end of these 12 weeks you will learn about macronutrients, micronutrients, eating habits, hydration, anxiety and all the necessary aspects so you can select the best foods in the necessary quantities so you can achieve your goals in a flexible way.
This service is not, nor does it include, a nutritional plan. My goal is not to tell you exactly what to eat but to help you make the best nutritional decisions, day by day, so that you don’t need diets, challenges, meal plans or even starvation. If what you are looking for is a detailed plan of what to eat, in what quantities and at what times, you won’t get it with me.
